What Causes Itchy Red Rash On Foreskin Of Penis?
I have noticed a itchy red rash on the foreskin of my penis. After a few days when it stops itching, the skin turns dry and flaky. This foreskin itself has dried and has painful tears or slits if you will. I have never had this before nor have I ever had pain during intercourse caused by this which I now have. Help?

Itchy red rash on foreskin can occur in number of conditions like primary skin lesion, sexually transmitted disease.
Itchiness followed by dry and flaky skin is more suggestive of primary skin lesion.
Dry and flaky skin is seen in erythematous skin lesions like psoriasis.
