I have these red spots on my inner upper thighs that kind of look like a rash. The skin in these areas is dry and sort of rough to the touch. Some slightly raised as if it were a receding pimple. (looks like acne but without whiteheads or blackhead, just bumps) Sometimes it itches and is irritated and sometimes it is fine but it is always there. It has been this way for a month now. I keep my inner thighs around testicles dry with baby powder after showers but it isn t going away. I thought maybe jock itch but I m not sure. I haven t had sex in months so I don t know if its an std. I do wear jeans that are tighter in the thigh area and could be from rubbing legs. Any input or thoughts from a professional before seeking a doctor would be great as I don t not have health insurance. Thank you
