General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The masturbation is safe and pleasure giving technique. It cannot lead urticaria. Your symptoms suggest possibility of food allergy. To avoid causative food allergen, allergy testing is necessary. With this test causative allergen will be identified and it should be then avoided in diet. Levocetrizine can be prescribed for your condition.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
