Hi,

You could be suffering from acute urticaria. Most common causes are food items, drugs or environmental causes. You should try finding the agent which caused the rash and avoid them. You can apply calamine lotion and take an anthistamine tablet for a week. If your rash does not improve in a week, you must consult your Dermatologist for further management.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
