What Causes Itchy Red Spot On The Penis After Intercourse?
I had sex and the next morning I woke up with a red spot on the shaft of my penis, it looked like a small burn but was painless. It has been 4 days and id almost gone. I have felt normal and have had no signs of the flu but te area around my genitals has been itchy.

It can be superficial infection.
As a first line of management you can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.
