What Causes Itchy Red Spots On Hands And Feet In A Child?

my five year old son has a few itchy red spots on his hands and feet and last sunday he throw up and at night he goes from crying to laughing hystically and says he sees people standing in his room he has only been sick once what should l do he does not have a temp should l take him to the doctor?

Welcome to the HCM.
Red itchy spots can be caused by many factors,for example..eczema,viral skin disease,and scabies.And these factors could happen without fever.I would suggest get checked by dermatologist ,to rule out any.Well behavioural difference can be seen in this age group normaly as at this age children tend to have imaginary talk normaly.But if you feel drastic change and the child has imaginary talk most of the time in a day then you may need get checked him by a counsellar.
