General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The red rashes between leg that occur more in summer are usually due to folliculitis, a condition in which there is an inflammation of the skin gland, sweat glands as there is increased secretion due to the heat of summer.

The inflammation gives redness and once it is settled the resultant scar remains black.

There is another possibility of the reaction to the clothes you wear. I would advise you the following in such a situation:
-Avoid sun, heat.
-Use loose clothes to have proper aeration.
-Use pure cotton clothes.
-Have bath twice daily to wash off the dead skin so that there is less blockage of gland ducts and fewer eruptions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
