Hi I'm 23 years old and sexually active with one partner for 9 months. Neither of us have any stds we have been tested, I was in the hospital about 7 months ago and got tested again and everything was fine. Currently these last two weeks I have been getting itchy red spots in my pubic hair, I do shave and I figured it was ingrown hairs like normal, but they are extremely itchy and have been popping up more and more in the area, I was wondering if you could help my identify what it was. I thought it might be a yeast infection in my pubic hair because I've hear that happens and have been applying cream for two days now. The itchyness has gone down but there are still red bumps and are hard and makes my skin look flaky, they seem to be more around my hair growth but have been spreading to the crease of my thighs.
