What Causes Itchy Scars On The Scrotum After Using Dettol?
Hello doctors, Last 2 weeks back I applied undiluted dettol on the wound near to anal, the wound developed due to the accidental scratching by nail. Now I see the scars that can be diatinguishable from skin and bit itchy scrotum, today I used very good amount of dettol on scrotum, its burning like a hell..... Please suggest me the effects due to use of dettol and also the precautions to be taken to avoid any further damage.

Detol is a disinfectant and using it not diluted can be very irritating. You can rinse the area with cold water to reduce exposure, irritation and swelling. If it doesn't get better you can go to ER.
