I have been having this problem for almost five years now. When I was 16 or so I decided to shave my pubic hair. This left the area on and around my penis very itchy, so I was expecting it to get better when the hair grew back. Unfortunately, when the hair grew back the itch remained. I ve been to a doctor and now a dermatologist and they have given me cream for fungal and bacterial infections as well as eczema, but the itch still remains. I have noticed that it gets very itchy when I m hot and when the skin gets irritated somehow. I ve also noticed that the skin is never dry. Even after blow drying the area, after 15 minutes or so the area starts to get kind of sticky and itchy again. I don t know what it could be. Please help me out. I ve tried nearly everything.
