What Causes Itchy Skin Rash On Lower Back And Groin?

I'm 25 year old man,
I have a kind of rash on my lower back & on groin, very inching & looks like red boundary circles ,its becomes warm while rubbing the skin. At the very beginning it was a small dry spot. I think I scratched too much. It becomes infected. Is there anyway . I can send you a picture of it?
