What Causes Itchy Skin Rashes On The Chest Arms And Legs?
a red rash abruptly appeared on my chest ,arms, back. legs and is virtually spreading over my body. So far.i have had only mild itching. but it is getting progressively uncomfortable. I used hydrocortozone cream.What do you think is the problem? Should I go to the emergency room ?
