General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear first of all the lump needs to be seen in person to evaluate the cause ,and itch could be because of allergy or infection. From your history it seems that you may need thorough examination and some routine investigations, for example,ESR,CRP,total blood count,x_ray chest, spine, and hip.I would suggest get an appointment of general physician and get examined thoroughly to evaluate the cause.
Regards,Dr.Maheshwari
