What Causes Itchy Sores In The Genitals?

i have a sore in ma private area.. dis s d 1st tym!!
i've been havin itchin sensation.. but now ts al fine.. havent consulted a doctor yet.. i live n gundy.. can u suggest some 1 near by.. and s my condition a serious one?? its almost a month since i have this problem!!

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy sores in genitals which is either due to fungal infection and it could be due to change in flora. Need not to worry as it is easily treatable. I would suggest you to take a course of an antibiotic and anti-fungal medication. You should take Metronidazole. Apply antifungal ointment containing clotrimazole i it. Maintain hygiene of genitalia's. Maintain dryness. Visit urologist/ gynecologist once and get it examined if symptoms keep on persisting and start treatment after proper examination.
