What Causes Itchy Sores On Buttocks?
49 yr old female. 5 2 115 pounds. I have a few sores on my buttocks that start out as one small one, and gets bigger and then a couple more appear as well. It starts out itchy before there is any sign of a bump, and then the itching increases as they appear. They then will rupture and weep and then scab over . This is the third time in 2 years this has happened. They usually last about a week and then they re gone.

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion could be due to fungal infection and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Terbinafine cream" apply this three times in day and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
