What Causes Itchy Spots On The Legs And Hands?

From top of my toes, sides of feet, on legs, upper arms, top of hands, something has been biting me since May 27--I do not see nor feel the culprits. Some are size of pencil eraser up to half dollar; they itch profusely, but I do NOT scratch them. Have cluster on right side and left side of torso that burn, do NOT itch. Receive the itching spots from 3 to 18 daily, last for up to 6 weeks. On one day, my daughter counted 133, with 6 new next day, then 18 next, and so on. I go outside for 5 minutes daily to water 5 plants on my patio. My daughter lives with me, but does NOT have itching spots. HELP !!!

Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It will not spread. It is your body's autoimmune system.

Allergic rashes:
- take some antihistamine medication
- sun bath
- avoid creams
- take plenty of water
- stay warm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Christy J Thundiparambil, Ayurveda Specialist
