What Causes Itchy Swelling On The Body?

im suffering from red flat headed swellings on entire body...its extremely itching. it has spread all over the body....looks like hives it has happened since last 4 days i have been applying lotions topically like lactocalamine and taking oral medication avis 25. after applying the lotion the allergy disappears in 1 hour and the itching goes away quickly However if i dont use the lotion for 5 hrs or more, it relapses Can u advice please a medicine to sole this permanently?
