What Causes Itchy, Tingling Body With Feeling Of Something Crawling On Body?

Fingers and hand itch all the time and now I m feeling itchy every were else to, left hand had a tingling sensation the one by one starting with my pinky they started turning white and went numb, I woke up and my whole left leg was numb an felt like dead weight I couldn t move it or feel it for five mins, cheast pains and pressure like I m having anxiety attack or somethin all the time, feeling like bugs are crawling all over me biting me, seeing bugs crawl on the wall but they aren t really there, muscle and bones aching, mind feels foggy or like I feel spaced out, I feel slow or retarded, headaches alot of the times, and feeling sleepy all the time even though I know I have the energy.
