What Causes Itchy Vagina And Abdominal Pains During Urination?

I am experiencing vaginal itching and abdominal pains especially after urinating. I was recently treated for a urinary tract infection and was on cipro for 7 days. However when the result of the urine sample came back from the lab it said that it was normal. We are leaving on an extended vacation soon but don t feel comfortable leaving with this discomfort and also not knowing what exactly is going on. Can you help?

Hello,

Please undergo vaginal examination by a gynecologist. Sometimes bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection could cause similar complaints.
