What Causes Itchy Veins With Burning Sensation On The Hand?

I think my veins are burning from the inside out. I have been having this issue for a while. These burning itchy holes will appear on my skin mostly on my arms and a hole will just open up and it burns and itches real bad. This last one is on my hand and it actually looks like a wart. Can you please tell me what this might be?

you can not diagnose burning of vein. it can be vasculitis need to be examined by vascular surgeon. general examination and investigation like bleeding time and clotting time is to be done.
