What Causes Itchy White Bumps On Buttocks?

Hello i have a problem i have 3 now 4 white bumps in the crack off my butt that itch really bad but they also hurt i assume because of the area they are in i sweat very bad and sometimes my pants can be a little tight im trying to find a solution to this problem with out paying a doctor bill if i can avoid seeing one this is not very comfortable for me an its making a little self conscious HELP!!

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. For such condition antifungal ointments will be helpful. I would suggest ointments containing combination of antifungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like hydrocortisone. This is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area as it may increase irritation. You can use saline or warm water for this. Use loose under wear also.
