Hi,

Of the three drugs (rifampicin, dapsone and clofazimine) used in the treatment of multi-bacillary leprosy, bothe rifampicin and dapsone are known to cause liver damage and thus jaundice.

I advise you to stop taking these two medications and consult your treating doctor for alternative effective but safer medications like ofloxacin, minocycline and clarithromycin which are found to be equally effective to treat leprosy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
