What Causes Jaw Pain Upon Exertion After Triple Bypass Surgery?

I had triple by-pass surgery Dec. 31, 2014. Right after coming out of surgery, I had a slight pain in my left jaw and it comes on when I exert myself or walk faster but goes away when I rest. Nobody knows if it is connected to the heart or not. I have blockage of the neck artery on the left side.
