What Causes Jaw Pain When Suffering From Celiac Disease?

I woke up one morning with extreme jaw pain and unable to open mouth. they ruled out bell palsy but after two years they still do not know why this happened now I have arthritis in jaw and c4-5 and c5-6 uncovertebral joint hypertrophy. I also have Celiac disease. I ana level but rheumatologist said its because I have celiac

Hi,

These levels also raise in other inflammatory diseases but definitely not in celiac other causes can be arthritis or juvenile arthritis etc. You should continue treatment for both from GI and rheumatologist specialty. Learn breathing exercise and meditation these are also very helpful in autoimmune diseases. Eat healthy more antioxidants veggies and avoid smoking alcohol etc. Sleep well.
