General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

From the presenting symptoms, it seems to be pathology related to brain. I suggest you to get the radiological examination of the brain done after consultation with a neurologist asap. It could be sign of something major to happen and any delay in investigations and treatment is just not advisable owing to the advanced age.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maninder, General & Family Physician
