What Causes Jittery Feeling, Vomiting, Salty Taste In The Mouth And Nasal Bleeding?

Last night I felt jittery before going to bed. I fell asleep and woke up a couple hours later feeling more jittery than before. I threw up quite a bit and it tasted extremely salty. I also had a little bit of a nose bleed. I am still a little nauseous almost 24 hours later. Any idea what could cause it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It looks like you had some type of food allergy, intolerance (lactose), indigestion, Acid reflux, GIT disorder.

Nose bleed is an indication of high blood pressure, sinusitis, bleeding disorder.

You are suggested to visit ER at the earliest, get examined. You may need intravenous fluids & antibiotics.

Presently you can take anti-emetics, antacids & PPI's when required. Take ORS, plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
