What Causes Joint Ache Along With Dry Mouth And Headaches?

Im 29 year old male. I had protected anal and unprotected oral sex with another man. no ejaculation involved. I have been tested negative by combo test at 3.5 weeks, elisa at 6 weeks, combo at 3.5 months, elisa at 5.25months, combo & card test at 5.5months, elisa after 6,7,8&9 months. But my wife now have severe joint pains,drymouth and headaches..which makes me so worried. She also got tested at 8 weeks by card test, 10month&20 days by tridot card test & cmia 4th generation combo. All negative beyond 3 month window period. Will we still be HIV positive, not showing up? If mine is astrange case, can my wife also be same like me, showing false negative after 10.5 months? should i believe my tests or these classic symptoms? im dying of fear and guilt..
