General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted your history of joint pains for which your Orthopedic Surgeon has referred you to the Rheumatologist due to blood work reports, now developed breathlessness along with tiredness all the time.
The commonest causes I can think about are as follows:
The referral to the Rheumatologist indicate that you have developed Rheumatoid arthritis. There may be a component of Autoimmune disease.
The breathless can be due to Asthma like problems or so.
And the weakness can be due to less oxygenation or the autoimmune process going on.
Surely the Doctor can decide the cause after careful examination, evaluation and investigations to give you an appropriate treatment.
Also take multivitamins, mineral and trace elements to get proper benefit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
