General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Joint pain without swelling of associated joint and no fever there is no cause for concern. It should respond to simple analgesic like ibuprofen and hot water fomentation.
I would also suggest you to stop septran as that may also induce joint pains occasionally.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak
