What Causes Joint Pain Along With Sore Throat And Fever?

I just got back two days ago from traveling on plane for 24 hours. My joints are aching and my throat is soar. I have a 101.8 fever and really dizzy. My hearing has been affected almost like I m about to pass out but I m not. I have an appetite just no energy.

Hello,
After long journey, symptoms like 101.8 Fever, pain in joints, Weakness, Dizziness, Sore throat strongly suggest Respiratory tract infection or Viral fever. Type of pathogen like Bacteria or Virus is depends on the area or place where you have been travelling.
You should consult your primary physician as soon as possible and get thorough body examination done. Treating physician may ask you to do some lab tests like Complete Blood count' and Throat swab culture. By the time of consultation you may take 'Paracetamol' to reduce fever if you are not allergic to Paracetamol.
