I have been having pain in many of my joints and recently extreme pain in my right hand. It is ice cold the last few days and I have not sustained any kind of injury. Also when I went to urgent care my blood pressure was 151/92 which is extremely high for me and I have had numbness and tingling in arms and legs as well as a headache

Hi,

High BP with numbness. I recommend to rule out non-essential ( secondary causes of hypertension). Check serum electrolytes for numbness, ESR and rheumatoid factor for joint pain. Further course of action maybe advised accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr Tayyab Malik
