What Causes Joint Pain, Extreme Fatigue, Cold Feet And Indigestion?

Symptoms joint pain extreme fatigue, exremedy cold feet digestive issue started early 20 sister has same problem but started when she was older, grandpa had it. Rheumatologist can t find any thing fatigue specialist can t find any thing and mayo did no except him. Anyone have any ideas?

Rheumatoid arthritis
Gout
Reiter syndrome
Charcot arthritis
SLE

In view of this please do the following test
Complete blood count
ESR
C-REACTIVE PROTEIN
Serum uric acid
ANA electrophoresis

Meanwhile please reschedule another rheumatologist with the lab results and for expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Tablet analgesic
Tablet antibiotic
Multivitamin
Antacids
