Hello,
Thanks for your query on HCM
"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-
1)Do a blood differential count to know the exact cause of your joint pain and eye
allergy.
2)Discuss with your treating Doctor about vitamin B 12 and iron injection on weekly basis.
3)Do a physical examination of eyes by your eye Doctor and use eye drops for short term.
You can do lifestyle modifications like this-
1)Take Iron-rich foods which include beef and other meats, beans, lentils, iron-fortified cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, and dried fruit.
2)Take
folate. This nutrient and its synthetic form
folic acid, can be found in citrus fruits and juices, bananas, dark green leafy vegetables, legumes, and fortified breads, cereals and pasta.
3)Take Vitamin B-12. This vitamin is found naturally in meat and dairy products. It's also added to some cereals and soy products, such as soy milk.
4)Take Foods containing
vitamin C such as citrus fruits, melons and berries that help increase iron absorption.
Hope that helps
