What Causes Joint Pain, Sore Throat And Itchy Rashes On Chest And Back?
I became ill with congestion, sore throat, achy joints, and 3 days in, a rash appeared on my chest, 3 more days and it has spread to my back and stomach. It itches, and it is small red dots. When it scratch it, it breaks, but does not seem to spread from that or have any liquid inside.

it looks like you are suffering from a viral fever probably measels. but we also need to exclude other viral fevers such as dengue fever, influenza. so meet your family physician. he will examine and order incestigations such as fbc and antibody tests which help to confirm your diagnosis and treat.
