Hello,

You are suffering from stomach pain, weight loss, weakness and joint pain. Your symptoms may be indicative of food allergies, food intolerance, food poisoning, indigestion, gastritis, acid reflux / GERD, diarrhea, gastroenteritis, peptic ulcer, liver problems, UTI, etc. You are suggested to avoid taking oily, spicy junk food. Take home made boiled food for 1-2 months. You can take lean meat, veggies cooked in a little olive oil.

Take digestives and liver tonic. Stay well hydrated to avoid constipation, add fiber in your diet. Constipation triggers gastritis and hence stomach pain. Taking PPIs or antacids will relieve you of the stomach pain. You can also take Spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one stat when needed. Get clinically examined by a GP, get required blood tests, imaging tests done to detect peptic ulcer, gall stones, liver dysfunction, etc.

Get a complete medical check up done so that treatment can be started at the earliest. Weight loss and weakness are due to poor general health condition. Take home made balanced food, and do not skip meals. Take multivitamins ,like Zincovit, once daily for 20 days. Joint pain are indicative of RA, OA, Fibromyalgia, lupus, etc. Do regular walking and joint exercises. Take food rich in magnesium and calcium. Get treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
