What Causes Joints Pain And Vomiting After Having Meals?

I am typhoid patient my weight iz increasing what to do i dont eat weat and heavy food iam women and had 5 c sections last baby is 5year old joints pain and vomiting after meals i dont have money for treatment hubby supose i am doing dramacan any one of you help me may Jesus s help you any advice i am dependant on him he dont take care of me i want well now
