What Causes Joints Pain?

i have been lifting weights at the health club for many years. as i am getting older now 59 i notice all my joints have been hurting more and more. joint gutamicine tablets are not working. is there anything i can do. i notice i have been loosing also muscle but not weight.

Hello. Its wonderful to know that you continue to train. Age is known to decrease the muscle mass and replace it with fat. Its because of the same reason why we see more diseases like diabetes increase with age. The tablet you are taking may not be very useful in your case. Let me go a little traditional here. Ayurvedic massages are known to be fantastic. Do try that. As far as your exercises are concerned plz try to decrease the weights and increase the repetitions. Hope it helps. Take care.
