What Causes Kaleidoscope Effect In Peripheral Vision?

I am having Kaleidoscope vision in both eyes at least 4 times a week..lasting about 10-12 minutes. Eye Dr. says no problem with eyes. Had D & C Surgery about month ago. I have A-Fib and an taking Eliquis. What kind of Dr. should I consult? Thank You! Carol Morgan is my name.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that it is better to see the cardiologist first then let the report comes of EKG and ECHO then later it will be decided next, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
