What Causes Kidney Pain, Nausea And Diarrhea?

I m having kidney pain that s running up my back which the kidney pain just started I ve been dealing with being nauseous and vomiting and having diarrhea for almost a month now we thought I was pregnant but every test has been negative what could be wrong with me?

I can understand your concern. The symptoms you are describing indicate towards possible urinary tract infection.

I would advise you to take Levofloxacin 250 mg (Levoflox) twice a day for five days. You can take Acetaminophen 500 mg twice or thrice a day to have relief in pain. Drink lots of fluidsand habe rest.

If you do not feel relief by the time the antibiotic course completes, you should go for blood tests and urine culture analysis.
