What Causes Knee And Joint Pain?

unexplained pain hi my name s kevin 20 year old male ,, the other night i was sitting at my friends house and I got up from a chair then my knees started really bad for no reason. that continued til the next morning then i took some advil and it helped some. Then the next.day i woke up and all my joints horribly also my hands and feet even the insides ache. this pain is random and i have not been working out or anything. my chest also has this se what painful pressure. i am so scared because pain is so bad and out of the blue. any ideas? please help

Hello,

I think you need to get the blood and urine test done and meet up the orthopedist for the physical examination. Any pain in joints can be consulted with verbal form but then when you mentioned about the chest I think lab tests are needed and orthopedist examination too.
