What Causes Knee Cramps And Groin Pain After Arthroscopy?
I recently had arthroscopy on my left knee. The Last time I saw the PT, she had me lie flat and then pushed on my knee to try to make it go straight. After that, I woke up in the night with cramps in that knee, and now, a couple days later, I m having groin pain on that same side of my body. I m just trying to figure out what is going on.

Your problem can be most likely due to pulled muscle. Taking muscle relaxants and ice pack application will be helpful. If not improving then consult your orthopedician.
