What Causes Knee Pain And Swollen Testicles When Suffering From Uncontrolled Hypertension?

I am a 53 year male with chronic and currently uncontrolled hypertension, and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as of Feb 2014. A month ago I developed right knee pain which has caused a pronounced limp during walking. Three days ago my right ankle has become swollen, yesterday my testicles became swollen.

The symptoms which you described can be due to diabetes and hypertension like heart failure or kidney failure or due to side effects of drugs like high uric acid. You require a clinical examination followed by some investigations for heart and kidney and blood tests too.
