What Causes Knot On The Side Of Foot Between Toes And Heel?
i have a knot on the side of my foot about halfway between the toes and heel. Its not a continuous pain but shoes and boots rub it and make it sore. I have noticed other peoples feet and theirs is straight back from toes to heel. Makes it hard to walk.

These might be foot spur. They are bone deformities which usually don't need treatment. Please talk with your doctor if they will be continuously present.
