What Causes Lack Of Appetite After Experiencing Vomiting And Nausea?

for the past day and 1/2 I have been throwing up everything. my husband got me anti nasuea otc, and it stopped the vomiting, but now I am having a hard time getting back to eating. it took me until 4 to eat a cup of applesauce and now working on a cup of jello, keeping myself hydrated thou. is there anything else I can do?

Keeping yourself hydrated is the most important part, your appetite and diet would improve slowly.
The body can do without food for a short time but not fluids.

If you are keeping the foods down, no matter how small the portions this is good, it means that you are on the road to recovery.
Also use dry foods such as toast or biscuits.
