Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain red blisters on tongue along with white tongue..
Well white coating on tongue can be due to yeast infection known as oral thrush and red blisters can be inflamed tongue papillae or can also be due to canker sore formation..
As you have a lack of appetite the infection can be due to reduced body immunity..
I would suggest you to consult a General Physician first and get a thorough clinical evaluation and blood work up done to rule out for any underlying pathology causing lack of appetite..
Along with it consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case pf thruh you can be advised antifungal medications like Clotrimazole lozenges, Nystation mouthwash and oral Fluconazole etc..
Taking plenty of probiotics like yoghurt can help in clearing infection fast..
For relieving the blisters do warm saline gargles..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
