I m a 60 year old woman and I have been an alcoholic since my first drink at 14 years of age. I have functioned through my life and have taken care of many loved ones who have passed on. Right now I am caring for my 61 yr old brother who has ms how long can I expect to live drinking vodka everyday my appetite is gone

It is quite common among chronic alcoholics. It may be due to alcohol itself or impending cirrhosis. You can try appetite stimulants like cyproheptadine. Consult a gastroenterologist and he will direct you accordingly.
