Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms of headache, lower backache, shivering and loss of appetite point towards a possible viral infection rather than appendicitis. Please keep yourself hydrated, check the body temperature, avoid stress and take rest. Please visit a doctor for proper examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhishek Juneja, Neurologist
