Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts
I can understand your concern. Your vertigo problem is persisting since last 7 months and should be evaluated properly. Chronic middle or inner ear problems can result in persistent symptoms of lack of balance. Visit a otolaryngologist for proper evaluation. Labrynthitis could be one cause of these persistent symptoms. Head tilt test helps to find out any inner ear cause for these symptoms. Meclizine or Betahistine can help in improving the symptoms but proper cause should be find out.
Visit a doctor for evaluation.
Thanks, Hope this helps you.
Take care
