What Causes Lack Of Balance With History Of Stroke And Congestive Heart Failure?
Yes. I am 65 year old man and I have been off balance all day with numness on my lips on the left side of my mouth. I have congestive heart failure, I had a stroke on my righ side this month and my icd defibulator went off and shocked me in January .

Due to congestive heart failure, the supply of blood may also be suffering and ischemia of brain may be there. These all symptoms may be just due to ischemia of brain.
