What Causes Lack Of Bleeding After Taking Mifeprex And Zitotec?
my wife last period date is 01.06.15, she didn t get her periods now, hence as prescribed by doctor earlier, she took Mifeprex 1 tablet and after 24 hours she took zitotec 4 nos vaginally yesterday and today morning she again took zitotec 2 nos vaginally, she is yet to get her periods and worried a lot. As we have a kid with nearing 2 yrs
hello, i can understand your concern. i assume that your wife is pregnant since the tablets prescribed by your doctor are meant for termination of pregnancy during first trimester. the drugs prescribed by your doctor are as per the standard procedure followed. since your wife is not able to expel the fetus from this method ,she would have to undergo a minor procedure called D & C (dilatation and curettage) done under anesthesia. i would suggest an immediate appointment with an obstetrician and the procedure can be planned. its always better to abort the fetus as early as possible as there would be fewer complications. hope you are satisfied with the response. do get back to us for further queries. thanks for choosing HCM
